The challenge
Every customer inquiry started the same way: a designer would open the design software and hand-build a mockup of the finished product - the right item, size, color, and text - so the customer could see it before buying. At roughly four hours per job, that manual rework throttled the sales cycle and tied up the one person who could do it.
What we built
NewERA built a customer-facing design tool that generates a finished, on-brand mockup automatically. The customer walks through a few steps - product, size, color or finish, and text - and the tool renders a design-quality image in seconds, matching the work that used to be built by hand. It covers the full product catalog, supports multi-option layouts, lets customers upload a photo of where the product will go, and handles logo uploads with automatic background removal. It embeds directly in the client's website, so it scales across every location.
