The challenge
The data that tells you how an operation is doing usually lives in five places at once - different tools, exports, and spreadsheets - and turning it into a picture leadership can act on means someone re-keying numbers late into the night. By the time the report lands, the moment to act on it has often passed.
What we built
We built a reporting layer that pulls data in from wherever it lives, cleans and combines it on a single pipeline, and feeds a custom set of live reports: a daily activity dashboard, a resource-allocation view, an engagement timeline across the whole operation, and an outcome-versus-target review. Everything refreshes in real time from the activity the team logs - no analyst, no overnight batch. Underneath sit the admin levers: role-based access, account management, and per-person accountability rolled up for leadership.
